Import

Learn how to import your existing Edge Delivery Services project into Document Authoring.

Prerequisites

1. You have content living on Edge Delivery Services.
2. You have Access-Control-Allow-Origin: https://da.live turned on in headers.

Step 1

Visit DA Import.

Step 2

Pick your import type:

1. Via query-index.json + origin (must be available publicly)
2. Via pasted URLs

Step 3

Pick your import org (3.1) and repo (3.2).

Note: this is a destructive operation. You can put your import into a drafts folder.

Step 4

Start the import.

Depending on the import method, it may take a moment to parse the JSON file. Within 30 seconds, the import should start. The import is broken into 50 doc batches.
